I had an issue with my breaks. A friend recommended Swinson's to me so I called them and told them I issue. He said bring the car on down. They had the issue fixed in no time! Very pleased with Swinson and I will take my cars there for any further issues that may ever develop.

Very sad I was a loyal customer for years. I will never return due to the attitude of the owners nephew. Kurt is a great guy the only bright spot in a very bad atmosphere. The owner needs to realize that without customers = no business

Swinson's is amazing! We took our car (2015 Ford focus) to the dealership because we were having some sputtering and stalling issues. We were really afraid that it was going to be the clutch issue that plagues these cars, and we're outside the recall window of 100,000 miles. The dealership gave us an 1st estimate of 1200$, then 2200$, and finally 4200$ (without tax) as they kept adding on things the car needed. Mind you, they just verbally told us the price estimates and rattled the things that were needed. A friend told me to go to Swinson's and I'm so glad I did! All told I spent 688$ versus the 4500 I was going to be paying. Swinson's was SO upfront about what needed to be done, they told me i should have received a list with costs from Ford, only 2 of the things that Ford said needed to be done were required and they made sure to test it until they saw the problem we were having, not just run it through the computer diagnostic. I am a Swinson’s customer for life! Picked up my car today and I am so happy! Went to Ford and was quoted an outrageous price for oil leaks and Swinson’s repaired for a fraction of the cost. Also repaired a “clunk” I was experiencing when car went into reverse. I am so impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness. Swinsons has always done a great job. I came in thinking I had one problem and they found something different and also saved me a bunch of money.
