Don't know what a tuneup is. We did the work with half of what they were charging us.

they ruined my 2006 evo 9 MR $30k+ car over $500 in damages my car was running when I brought it to them they charge me $400 to disassemble it and diagnose they are sloppy and careless in the process they broke a couple of expensive seniors and oil line do not recommend took my car back in peaces they wanted to charge me another $400 to put it back together it was a mess had to get out
Brought my Kia Sedona there due to leaky radiator and they provided up front pricing, they quickly replaced radiator, price was cheaper than estimate...great friendly customer service ! It's been two months...and still a/c heater working good.
I just moved to Windermere and needed to find a repair shop for my aging Nissan Maxima and so I did an online search and discovered Swinson's. The reviews were great and seemed legit so I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was a little surprised to see a small-ish shop that I've passed a dozen times and never noticed. The shop is perpendicular to SR50 and so has a very small footprint from the road. I was on time and the car was taken back immediately. The guys were very friendly and showed me to a small but clean and inviting waiting area. The furniture looked new and was very comfortable. There were flat screen televisions and even a Keurig coffee machine with Starbucks coffee. Even the temperature in the room was perfect...so many repair shops keep the waiting room at arctic temperatures. After about thirty minutes one of the gentlemen told me that the tires were tracking perfectly and so there was no need to pay for a rotation...and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. A few minutes later the car was ready and during the checkout process I was told that next time I'd need rear brakes and also my motor mounts were "shot". I suspected both already and so it came as no surprise. The bottom line is that they were honest, communicative and fair. They got me in and out on time and will absolutely be taking my car back to Swinson's from now on.

This place is a rip off..99$ a hr labor... the dealership is 90$ a hour..smh... Plus if u a woman do not go here by yourself they WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF U!!!!...my mom for example...386$ for a plastic coolant reservoir..the part is only 30$ online...the owners both of them VERY MONEY HUNGRY....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..
