I have gone here multiple times now with my Mazda 3 and they always do such a great job! Everyone who works here is very professional and extremely nice. I just had my alignment fixed today but have been for a few other things in the past.

After asking for recommendations on the Next Door app, my daughter took her car there thinking she needed a new water pump (which several had told her she needed). Turns out, she didn't need one at all! They were honest enough to tell her and ran diagnostics to check a few other things. I stumbled upon Swinson's Car Care yesterday based upon their great yelp reviews. I took my husband's car in because the A/C had suddenly stopped working. As a female, I am always hesitant to take any car in for service for fear of being taken advantage of. Franklin, the GM, was friendly and set me at ease from the start. Franklin called me informing me that the A/C compressor was shot and needed to be replaced. He provided me with a price quote, and because we plan on selling/trading in the car soon, we declined moving forward with replacing the A/C compressor. Franklin was extremely understanding and professional about the whole thing. He even offered tips on where I can find remanufactured A/C compressors should we decide on getting it fixed prior to selling. I will definitely be back in the future!

I had an issue with the service I received and after being asked, I submitted a review. Within hours of posting the negative review, I received a phone call from the owner. He was incredibly gracious and genuinely wanted to know more about this situation. He also went above and beyond to make this right. It is extremely rare to find customer service of this caliber in this day and age, and I am incredibly impressed with the response. Much, much appreciated.

Took my car for the first time. As soon as I stepped out the owner came up to meet me and asked if I needed help. JR quickly responded took care of me. The service and professionalism was top notch. Service quick and great. Highly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back for future service.
