Mr Franklin the owner and the employees has good customer service we had no problems he made sure we live happy if you have any problem come to him he will make sure your car is well taken care of.

I had basic service oil change the experience was better than Some other shops they have assembly lines take for ever sometimes they don’t change oil. Thank you for your great customer service

Miss diagnosed my vehicle when I told them my car needed an alternator but they did charge me 400 dollars for a battery. 26 dollars for shop supplies. I guess they get there tools gold plated??? How can anyone really believe in good reviews when they offer a discount when u give them a good review.

There is not another shop like this one! My wheel bearing was out of warranty by 3 months. Franklin called the part store and explained the situation and got them to warranty it out anyway. That's customer service! They treat you like family here and are always so friendly.

Best shop in Winter Garden! I’ve always hated going to get my car fixed but here I’m comfortable. There honest and do not run up a bill for no reason. Very friendly management.
