Swinson’s has taken great care of my family. They worked hard to repair an oil leak which presented itself again after replacing pavers at our home. Frank got my Jeep right back in and even had his team come pressure wash our driveway to ensure we would be in compliance with our HOA. They are honest and keep my family safe on the road. I’ve been 100% pleased with both their work and customer service.

Brought car with misaligned tires and steering wheel to dealership service. they quoted $892 + tax for replacing parts, alignment and labor cost. Brought same car to Swinsons and everything fixed for $190 tax included! These guys are great mechanics, easy to talk to and very friendly. Will be my choice for auto repair from now on. +++Update: Brought in our van this time with down AC, a flat and need of oil change. Dealership service quote $1108 parts only for the AC condenser. Swinson’s got the AC back, flat fixed and changed oil all for half the price! Thanks to Ravi, Justin and special shout out to Z who stayed after hours to fix the flat! P.S. The owner even drove me to nearest rental place!

We have been taking our LR4 here for over two years and it always seems to be a struggle. Our first experience was good with communication but the technician didn’t check everything we asked so we sat their for another 20 minutes and he still wasn’t able to clear the sensor. Every time since it has been a struggle either to get scheduled or get everything done that we ask. Yes price seems to be fair but we are forced to look elsewhere due to today’s lack of response. I called around 10:00 a.m. and asking to drop our vehicle Friday morning to have some work done - Response “um the guy that schedules is at 7/11”, I asked if we could just drop it Friday morning but tell him everything we needed to have checked. He repeated “____ is at 7/11 I’ll have him call you when he comes back. After taking my information down he reiterated that I would get a call to get on the schedule. It’s now 8:10 p.m. 10 hours later and no return call. They present themselves as luxury repair shop with reasonable prices but their communication and attention to detail (in our case) has been poor from the beginning.

There’s a reason these guys are 5 stars. Great staff, no BS, won’t try to screw you over with bogus repairs. I wouldn’t even consider taking my cars to another mechanic.

Went in to have my Lancer serviced for new front struts and coils. They diagnosed the issue and the pricing was great vs. other quotes. Worked with Franklin at the desk. Definitely recommend for auto work!
