This company refuses to give ballpark estimates for basic repairs over the phone with no good explanation. Sounds like a red flag.

I found Swinsons Auto a little while ago when I first moved to Florida. I had an old car that barely got me there, but everyone at Swinsons were professional and patient with me as I asked my millions of questions to try to understand what was going on. I never felt that they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and even were willing to talk to my parents via phone who were worried hundreds of miles away. Every time I have gone I always felt comfortable and welcomed. I highly value good customer service and they definitely have it. I won't go to anyone else for any car care, I call Swinsons first. Whether its an oil change or weird sound coming from my car. They're honest and dependable and will talk you through ways to better care for your car, they won't try to force you to pay extra and get a service you don't need. Thats what really stood out to me. Hopefully you find as great of service with them that I have.

Dishonest people who will swindle you out of your money. I sold them a good used Liftgate Motor and Module. We mark up all parts with a sock number. Franklin Simmons sent back his old part that was not marked up. Just general thieves.
