My 2004 Mercedes e320 was having battery/charging issues. Kurt was notified me it was the alternator. I already did some research and had a feeling it was the alternator. Price for parts and labor was reasonable. Dealer quoted me $1200. Swinson’s price for parts and labor was less than half of what the dealer quoted me. Car was ready in one day.

This team is awesome not only are they very knowledgeable in what the do, but they go out of their way to provide customer service and a helping and friendly hand in a time of need. You and your vehicle will be great and caring hands.

The guys at Swinson's are knowledgeable, honest, friendly and helpful! They communicate everything that's going to be done to your car before they do it, and actually call you when it's done. They even checked in a day or two later to make sure everything was running ok and I was happy with my experience. From start to finish, these guys are pros. Always got your back,when your proverbial back is against the wall,this shop has got,what it takes..to get you rolling,upright once again.I don't require many things in my simple life..but be sure that a working automobile..is a must.Just bought myself a second hand 20 yr.old Chevy s10,my second day of ownership..it screaches.and loses all power,leaving me stranded and confused.Just happens to be Thanksgiving day.Through the grace of god,and my wonderful wife,a true gentleman by the name of Carlos who owns Y&K Transport in Orlando Fl.puts his life and family on hold..to do us a favor,and personally arranges to transport my truck,on his flatbed trailer..off from town property,i didn't get many options when my ride decided it was time to nap.Point A to point B for me was Swinson's Car Care,as i have leaned on them before,when the auto world had gotten ugly,broken starter on the brides car,power window motor on before meantioned vechicle...anyway..i call the shop,knowing darn well nobody was going to pick up my call on the holiday.Not able to leave a message,i instruct my tow operater to please leave the truck on the property of said garage.Task are winding down, i take the wife's car and scratch out a note,stating name,number,and non-mechanical diagnosis..as i try to describe victims last moments of life,tape this info to back window,and hope for the best..10 a.m the next day,a friendly voice delivers the doctor on duty's real prognosis.We won't get into the meat and potatoes of the repair,let's just say its internal,and going to require 4 days and 2 weeks pay.Not like i have options,because surely it ain't me going to pull off that repair.Reputable garage,trustworthy technicians and mechanics,and most important to me,polite and when they say it will be ready,you can trust that the repair will be done properly,and punctualy.Saved me once again guy's.Thank-you.
